Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Amara Resort & Spa is a non-smoking property. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to any room that has been smoked in.
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Yes. Our onsite fitness center is open 24 hours a day, and includes two treadmills, an elliptical, stationary bike, free weights and weight machines. There's also a daily yoga class - inquire at the front desk.
Do you offer bikes for use during my stay?
But of course. We've got complimentary mountain bikes so you can get out and explore our scenic Sedona surroundings. Just stop by the front desk to check out your bikes with our guest service team. We can also recommend some popular bicycle routes.
Do you have an in-room yoga program?
Yogis are in prana heaven at Amara Resort and Spa, where every guest room closet comes equipped with a complete yoga mat set and a yoga channel on your in-room TV. Best of all, the hotel offers a complimentary daily Yoga class in our hotel's yoga studio -- just be sure to sign up. Schedules are available at the front desk.
Do you offer in-room dining? What are the hours?
Yes, Amara Resort & Spa offers Room Service daily, from 7am to 10pm, from SaltRock Restaurant.
Do you have a pool?
Oh yes, we certainly do.You're going to fall in love with our infinity-edge outdoor pool and hot tub, open daily from 7am - 10pm.

We wouldn't be Amara Resort and Spa without our full-service, award-winning spa. Please contact us to book your heavenly treatment, at 928-282-6088.
Is there a resort fee?
Yes, your daily resort fee of $31.00 plus tax includes the following:
- Daily yoga class
- Use of the Amara Spa Relaxation Room and Steam Room
- Valet Parking
- Hotel shuttle can transport you within a mile radius of the property
- Unlimited Local and Toll-Free calls

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service from the airport, however the hotel does offer transportation for guests within a mile of the hotel. Please call the Front Desk at (928) 282-4828 to arrange for transportation.
What are your cross streets?
Amara Resort & Spa is located on Amara Lane, just off 89A.
Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Yes, valet parking is included in the Resort Fee.
Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Amara Resort & Spa offers rollaway beds for $25, based on availability. Please be aware that our Queen Queen guest rooms and King Spa Suite do not allow space for rollaway beds. Cribs and playards are available at no charge.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Please contact the website with which you made your reservation.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Cancellations must occur 72 hours prior to 6 pm, local hotel time. Guests who do not cancel prior to 72 hours will be charged a one night's room plus tax. Cancellation policy is subject to change.
What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
Special rules may apply for guests under the age of 18. Please contact the hotel directly prior to making a reservation for underage check-ins.
Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
We do require a photo ID at the time of check-in for all reservations.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We do have a limited number of connecting rooms on property that are available on a request basis only, and cannot be guaranteed.

An early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax may apply on all reservations.

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Amara Resorts and SPA accepts pets up to 30 pounds at no additional fee. No more than 2 pets per room is allowed. Pet owners will be asked to fill out a waiver accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the hotel.
Do you have pet-free rooms for those with allergies?
We do offer pet-free rooms, available upon request.
Do you have pet-sitting or dog walking services?
Pet-sitting and dog walking services are available through the Concierge. Please arrange these services in advance.
How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
