Using the Spa
Spa Etiquette
Steam rooms are available in the Men's and Women's Lounge and may be enjoyed prior to or after your treatment. Lockers with robes and sandals are provided. Please travel light with little or no jewelry, valuables or other items that may be easily forgotten. The Spa is a quiet zone. For the comfort of our guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off while at the spa. Guests must be 16 years of age or older. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, and injuries prior to your service so that we may accommodate your needs.
Appointment Times
We recommend you book your services in advance in order to ensure you receive the treatments you request at your desired times. You may request a male or female therapist. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist. All appointment start and end times will be honored. We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and changing. To make your spa reservation, call the Spa desk at 928-282-6088.
Spa Pricing
All services are based on availability and prices are subject to change. Gratuities are not included in our prices and are at the guest's discretion. If you need to reschedule your appointment, our policy requires a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged 50% of the service price should we not receive notification 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Home Use
Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff are here to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the use of any of the products used during your service. All of our wonderful organic products are available for home use to extend the benefits of your treatments.
