Day 1
On Saddle and Seat: Enjoy a horseback ride along the tranquil banks of Oak Creek and then a 2-hour jeep tour into Sedona's famed red rocks. Stop off for a real cowboy cookout before heading back for a glass of wine next to our outdoor fire pit at Gallery on Oak Creek restaurant.

Day 2
Cowboy Train Ride: Take a train ride through the North Verde River Canyon. Take in eagles, deer, Blue Heron and other wildlife set against a backdrop of red cliffs and native ruins. Finish your day with chips and salsa at Amara Cantina, the best Mexican food in Sedona.

Day 3
A Hike and a Slide: See the colorful collection of buttes, pinnacles, mesas and canyons surrounding Sedona up close and personal with a half-day hike. Take along a lunch for two prepared especially for you by our chefs. Cool off by sliding down
a natural waterslide and fishing for trout in Oak Creek.





 
Desert Adventure

Day 1
Off-Road Jeep Tour: Jump on a 4-wheel Jeep or Hummer tour of the wild, rugged west. Visit once impossible to reach canyons and ridges in the surrounding desert. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the wide variety of critters along the way. End your day with a palm or psychic reading, then sip on some of the best margaritas in town at Amara Cantina restaurant.

Day 2
See Sedona From the Sky: Soar over the breathtaking red rock country of Sedona in a hot air balloon or biplane. Stop for lunch and ice cream at Canyon Breeze restaurant, then finish up your day shopping at Sedona Center - in the heart of Uptown and just a five minute walk from Amara Resort.

Day 3
Enjoy a Round of Golf and Sedona History: Enjoy jaw-dropping splendor and exceptional challenge on the acclaimed four-star Sedona Golf Resort. The 18 holes of unequalled championship golf are located where many Western movies of the 1930s and 1940s were filmed. You'll also see the remains of the handmade red rock wall from Sedona's original homesteads. End your day with dinner at our famed Gallery on Oak Creek restaurant.

Art & Culture

Day 1
Stroll Sedona Galleries: Stroll the many art galleries within walking distance of Amara Resort, then catch the Sedona Trolley for a one-hour tour of both new and old Sedona. End the day with a quiet swim back at Amara - the only salt-water infused pool in Northern Arizona.

Day 2
Pamper Yourself in Luxury: Start with breakfast on the patio at Gallery on Oak Creek Restaurant and then relax at one of the most luxurious and health-restoring spas in Sedona for a massage, facial or Reiki, a hands-on healing technique which originated 100 years ago in Japan. Cap off the night with a glass of wine on your balcony as you enjoy the stars under perhaps the clearest sky in North America.

Day 3
Live Local History: Visit the Sedona Heritage Museum to see the lifestyles and works of the people who pioneered this community. This museum focuses on the period from 1870-1950 and is an easy half-mile walk from Amara Resort and Spa. On your way back stop at Sabrina's Ice Cream shop for a refreshing taste of old fashioned ice cream on the patio overlooking the picturesque red rocks Sedona has historically been known for.
